Fall in love with fitness, with activities for all ages and abilities from high-intensity classes including Zumba to low impact classes like yoga. We also offer personal training and exercise rehabilitation.

Program Guidelines:
  • Report all thefts, injuries, incidents, and damaged equipment to staff immediately
  • No food or glass containers
  • Clean, closed-toed and closed-heel athletic shoes are required
  • Wear clean, well-fitting athletic clothing which fully covers your chest, nipples, and buttocks
  • Wipe down equipment after use, bring a towel for personal use
  • Be respectful and courteous of others and the facility
  • Inappropriate language, harassment, threats, and violence will not be tolerated
  • Use devices appropriately; use headphones and do not film or photograph others
  • This is a scent-free space; avoid using perfumes and scented products

Drop-in Fitness Classes:
  • Space and equipment is limited; to avoid disappointment, please reserve your class time in advance
  • Classes can be booked online until the class starts, walk ups should arrive 10-15 minutes early and enter at reception to register

Registered Fitness Program Info:
  • Registration for the full 3-4 week series is required
  • Clases include Yoga, TRX, Kettlebells, Strength & Stretch (16+ and 50+), Body Scuplt, and Essentrics: Aging Backwards
  • Walk ups not permitted to registered fitness classes
