Weightroom Programs

Weightroom programs take place in small groups within the weightroom to provide individualized instruction on strength-based exercises using machines, free weights and resistance equipment and cardio equipment for a specialized workout that can be adapted based on your goals and fitness level. Learn proper format and technique to create an effective and safe exercise program with the benefit of small group motivation.

Proper footwear required (no bare feet, socks, open-toed or open-back shoes, sandles, Crocs or work boots).
