Running & Walking

Walking & running groups are a great way to stay motivated with the help of group encouragement and accountability. Choose from a variety of levels and terrain including Indoor Concourse Walking in the Q Centre Arena, JDF Trail Walkers and the JDF Running Club.

JDF Trail Walkers Annual Membership 2024


The JDF Trail Walkers is a volunteer-led walking group. Walks take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9-10.30am on the Galloping Goose trail, Royal Roads trails and surrounding area. Meeting times along with walking duration varies depending on the group level. New members are welcome to walk with any of the three groups to find one that best suits their walking pace.
