Cancellations – Programs:
Full credits or refunds will be processed by contacting reception at 250-478-8384 or email@example.com a minimum of 3 days (for courses) and 7 days (for pro-d day, winter break, spring break and summer camps) prior to program start date. Please refer to Parent Handbooks for Licensed Childcare cancellation policies.
After the program starts, prorated refunds may be granted at the discretion of the program coordinator for extenuating circumstances. Every effort is made to cancel 3 to 5 days prior to course start.
Cancellations – Passes and Memberships:
Visit Passes, 1 month and 3month memberships and promotional passes are non-transferable and non-refundable but may be upgraded to an annual membership. Annual adult and annual family memberships are eligible for a one-time extension for leaves exceeding 30 days. Leaves less than 30 days may be granted for medical or personal emergencies.
Requests may be granted for cancellation of annual memberships for relocation or medical reasons. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current month. Annual regional memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not eligible for extensions. A $5 replacement fee applies if a pass is lost or stolen.
Cancellations – Personal Training & Rehab:
24 hrs notice required. PT and Rehab packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. For refunds, payments made by credit card or debit will be credited to original credit/debit card (some restrictions apply). All other refunds are refunded by cheque and processed within 10 working days.
A $25 fee may apply to NSF cheques, credit card or electronic fund transfer rejections.
Any individual conducting fraudulent activity on their client account, may have their facility access suspended.
Personal Information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will only be used to manage and administer your WSPR account including program registration, membership or rentals.
