Using specially designed drumsticks, we workout to the beat of the music, make noise with our sticks and rock out! Participants feel the vibrations from their sticks making contact as they complete each move, which triggers biomechanical feedback, allowing the body to release stress and increase their spatial awareness. This class is meant to let the inner Rockstar out, and to have FUN!! All fitness levels can participate.
