Twos - Beginner

1:1 Full parent participation is required. Designed to introduce children to structured swimming lessons. To complete, children must be confident blowing bubbles, submerging and doing assisted front floats and kicks.

Twos - Advanced

Designed to increase children's independence in the water. To complete, children must be able to demonstrate skills with the instructor and using equipment in an unparented class. Goal is to phase parent out of the class.

Level 1 - Starfish

Swimmers will begin this level with parents in the water and will transition progressively to unparented. Work on face in the water, front glides, back glides and rocketship position.

Level 2 - Jellyfish

Swimmers in this level will have already gained confidence putting their face in the water and floating/gliding using dumbbells. In this level, they will learn how to perform those skills without assistance (eg. dumbbells).

Level 3 - Snapper

Swimmers in this level are learning coordination with their big arms (front swim). This level is also a transition stage from the leisure pool into the main pool.

Level 4 - Dolphin

Swimmers in this level are learning coordination with their big arms with side glides. This level often overlaps with the preschool and swim safe programs based on when swimmers age out of the preschool program.
