Adult & Youth Level 1 Swimming


This course focuses on building foundational skills in the water, such as submersions, rhythmic breathing, floats, and glides. Participants may have a wide range of abilities and will work more independently on their skills with the guidance of an instructor.This level will be taught primarliy in the shallow end of the main pool.

Adult & Youth Level 2 Swimming


Swimmers should be comfortable entering the deep end before moving into this level. This level will focus on combining the skills learned in Adult and Youth Level 1 to form more complex strokes such as front crawl, back crawl, and whip kick. There will be more focus on endurance in the pool, building toward a 50m swim and 1 minute of treading water.
