Course: 21790 - Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with the emphasis on the “power house” core strength. Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles, including Yoga, strength training, and Barre. In this class the emphasis is core, posture, toning, balance, flexibility, stretching and connecting mind and body.

Information: No class Friday, April 18th - Good Friday. Please bring a mat and towel to class. No equipment provided.
