This class will focus on improving flexibility, mobility, strength and balance through mindful movement and breathwork. Ideal for older adults, individuals with mobility challenges, or anyone seeking a low-impact yoga class.

Essentrics: Aging Backwards This is a dynamic and fluid combination of strengthening and stretching based on the science of eccentric movement. Challenge the muscles in a lengthened position resulting a long lean and toned shape. All levels and abilities welcome.

Metchosin - Fitness is Golden


A gentle, low impact class to improve cardiovascular flow, range of motion, balance, and strength to increase muscle condition and build confidence to improve mobility and strength to daily movements. 50-minute class: 10 minutes warm up, 25 minutes cardiovascular flow, 15 minutes of stretching. Chairs are available to assist with balance. This class is ideal for participants new to exercise, along with moderate and intermittence levels, and all ages

Metchosin - Strength & Stretch


Improve your strength, balance and flexibility in this class designed for older adults. This program begins with a mild cardio warm-up then focuses on using resistance bands, balls and free weights to tone and strengthen your muscles. Work balance and mobility through functional exercises and complete the workout with a gentle stretch. All levels welcome.

Metchosin - Pilates


Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with the emphasis on the “power house” core strength. Suitable for all levels.
