Family Fitness: Bring the whole family together for an energetic and exciting workout! This class is all about moving, laughing, and feeling great while building strength, flexibility, and endurance. Using simple equipment and bodyweight exercises, families will team up for fun challenges that inspire healthy habits and an active lifestyle. It’s a fantastic way to bond, boost confidence, and share smiles along the way! Registration fee per family of 4. Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby & Me Fitness


Baby & Me Fitness: Join this total body workout designed to enhance strength and endurance, all while keeping your little ones or big ones by your side! This class welcomes all fitness levels and provides special modifications for postpartum bodies, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably. Come break a sweat and bond with your little one in a fun, encouraging setting.

Baby & Me Yoga


Baby & Me Yoga: Join us for a gentle and supportive Baby & Me Yoga class designed for parents and caregivers with babies or prenatal moms to be. This class offers a blend of movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you reconnect with yourself while bonding with your little one.
