Course: 21975 - Youth Strength & Conditioning

This program introduces youth to the fundamentals of strength training in the weight room. Participants will learn: •Basic fitness theory and how to design their own workout plans •Proper use of strength machines, cables, free weights, and bars •Foundational bodyweight and weightlifting movements with an emphasis on form, technique, safety, and spotting By the end of the program, youth will develop strength and coordination skills that support lifelong fitness and will complete their Regional Youth Orientation.

Information: Must wear athletic closed toe and heel footwear.
