Course: 21966 - Metchosin - Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with the emphasis on the “power house” core strength. Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles, including Yoga, strength training, and Barre. In this class the emphasis is core, posture, toning, balance, flexibility, stretching and connecting mind and body.

Information: **No class on Tuesday, April 14th due to a special event. Location: Old Metchosin School 4495 Happy Valley Rd Please bring a mat and towel to class. No equipment provided.
