    Creating a new online account
    1. Click “Register” to create a new account.
    2. Enter in your personal information such as name, address, contact information, and password. Required fields are indicated with a * and require a response to save.
    3. Click “Register” to complete.
    4. From the menu, you should now see your first and last name as the logged in user.

    Activating your account online
    1. Click “Logon” to log into your account.
    2. Click the link to create a password for your online account, or if you’ve forgotten your password.
    3. Enter your email address.
      • If your last visit was before December 1st, 2021, please use the email you used in PerfectMind
      • If your last visit was after December 1st, 2021, please use the email you provided when creating your Intelligenz account
      • If unsure, contact reception at 250-478-8384 or reception@westshorerecreation.ca for assistance
    4. You will receive an email from reception@westshorerecreation.ca with a password reset link.
    5. Open the email and click the link. If you have trouble clicking the link, try coping and pasting it into your browser.
    6. Type and confirm your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and have 1 uppercase letter.
    7. You can now login to view your account information and register for courses.

    Navigating your Account
    1. Click “Logon” to log into your account.
    2. Choose your menu option.
    3. On a PC/Laptop, the menu options appear on the main page.
    MENU OPTIONS OVERVIEW:

    My Account:

    • Balances owing and payment schedules for memberships and childcare

    My Password:

    • Change your password here

    My Details:

    • Update name, address and contact information

    My Baskets:

    • View any pending transactions

    My Memberships:

    • Shows memberships for all family members
    • Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
    • Option to view cancelled and finished memberships

    My Courses:

    • Shows registered courses for all family members
    • Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
    • Option to view confirmed courses only, or waitlisted courses

    My Appointments:

    • Shows upcoming class schedule for all family members
    • Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
    • Date range is adjustable
    • Drop-in classes can be rebooked from this screen

    My Statements:

    • View invoices from previous transactions (registrations, memberships, drop-in classes)
    • View account credits for cancelled programs/services
    • Pay outstanding invoices

    My Outstanding Invoices:

    • View and pay outstanding invoices

    My Groups:

    • Add/edit/remove family group members
    • Add/edit/remove corporate group members

    My Preferences:

    • Update communication preference settings for promotions and reminders

    My Forms:

    • Update form responses for registered courses and other services

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Cancellations – Programs:
    Full credits or refunds will be processed by contacting reception at 250-478-8384 or reception@wspr.ca a minimum of 3 days (for courses) and 7 days (for pro-d day, winter break, spring break and summer camps) prior to program start date. Please refer to Parent Handbooks for Licensed Childcare cancellation policies.
    After the program starts, prorated refunds may be granted at the discretion of the program coordinator for extenuating circumstances. Every effort is made to cancel 3 to 5 days prior to course start.

    Cancellations – Passes and Memberships:
    Visit Passes, 1 month and 3month memberships and promotional passes are non-transferable and non-refundable but may be upgraded to an annual membership. Annual adult and annual family memberships are eligible for a one-time extension for leaves exceeding 30 days. Leaves less than 30 days may be granted for medical or personal emergencies.
    Requests may be granted for cancellation of annual memberships for relocation or medical reasons. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current month. Annual regional memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not eligible for extensions. A $5 replacement fee applies if a pass is lost or stolen.

    Cancellations – Personal Training & Rehab:
    24 hrs notice required. PT and Rehab packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.

    Refunds/Credits:
    Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. For refunds, payments made by credit card or debit will be credited to original credit/debit card (some restrictions apply). All other refunds are refunded by cheque and processed within 10 working days.
    A $25 fee may apply to NSF cheques, credit card or electronic fund transfer rejections.

    Client Accounts:
    Any individual conducting fraudulent activity on their client account, may have their facility access suspended.

    Personal Information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will only be used to manage and administer your WSPR account including program registration, membership or rentals. Questions regarding the collection, use or disclosure of this information may be directed to the manager of finance and administration at 250-478-8384.
